About Us

Golden Dot Property Builders Ltd is a real estate company based in Dhaka. We build and sell residential apartment projects and land shares in Basundhara Riverview and South Keraniganj, two areas we know well and have chosen to stay focused on. The company was started around a simple idea: a well built home should not be out of reach for an ordinary family.

That shapes how we work. We price competitively and honestly, we use materials and workmanship we are willing to put our name to, and we hand over on the date we promised. Every buyer gets the same answer from us, whether it is their first flat or their fifth.

We would rather grow steadily on the strength of finished buildings and satisfied owners than sell quickly on the strength of a brochure. What we build should still look right and work properly ten years after handover.
